Born in Western PA, 1936, DeFazio is a local artist, painting landmarks of his childhood landscape. He earned his BFA in painting and design from Carnegie Mellon University in 1958, and a Master of Education in art education from Pennsylvania State University in 1965. Currently residing in Greensburg, DeFazio captures everyday scenes of Westmoreland County. With meticulous attention to lighting and landscapes, DeFazio lovingly captures the beauty of everyday landmarks in his community.
